Trent Buglewicz

Trent Buglewicz is a Choir Director at Linn-Mar High School. He is in his ninth year of teaching at Linn-Mar, directing the curricular choirs Chamber Singers, Cantemus, and Fortis; as well as the varsity show choir 10th Street Edition. Trent graduated with his Bachelors degree in Music Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Trent is an avid baseball, basketball, and football fan that is constantly watching and struggling to play at any opportunity. He absolutely loves his career at Linn-Mar High School and can’t wait for another year of teaching the fantastic students that come through his door.

Sarah Anderson

Sarah Anderson is a Choir Director at Linn-Mar High School where she teaches Lux, Linn-Mar Singers, and AP Music Theory, and directs Linn-Mar’s prep show choir, In Step. A native of the Chicago suburbs, Sarah previously taught at Oswego East High School in Oswego, IL and McKinley Middle School in Cedar Rapids. She holds a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Michigan State University and a Masters degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago. Sarah loves to read, garden, and travel with her husband, David, and 6-year-old son, Oliver, who has already been to the Rocky Mountains, Niagara Falls, Atlantic Ocean, and Italy. Sarah is passionate about sharing music with her students and loves being a part of the Linn-Mar community!

Jack Jorgensen

Jack Jorgensen is a Choir Director at Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa. He directs the curricular choirs Lux, Concert Chorale, and Bella Voce, along with the Prep Show Choir Hi-Style. Jack received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where he served as a member of the Nordic Choir under the direction of Dr. Andrew Last, and assistant conductor to Dr. Mark Potvin. He has experience as the director of Undeclared, a Tenor Bass a cappella ensemble, the Music Director for SPIN Theatre, and many other solo and collaborative performance opportunities. A native of Wisconsin, Jack enjoys watching movies, traveling when he can, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. He is thrilled to join the Linn-Mar choir team, and can’t wait for an excellent year of music-making.
