Linn-Mar Show Choir Auditions 2025-26

Choreography Auditions

Choreography auditions for next year’s show choir will be learned in person. Students will learn a dance in person or online from our choreographer, video record themselves dancing that choreographed routine, and send it to us on a Google Form to score. You may record as many times as you like, but only send your final copy

Choreography Learning

Both Learning sessions will take place in Former LRC Gym/AEC Gym in the SW corner of the High School parking lot. Enter through the door on the 10^th Street side of the building.

• Tuesday, May 27 6:30-9:00pm– Current 9-11th Graders
  • 6:30pm-7:45pm- Tenors and Basses
  • 7:45pm-9:00pm- Sopranos and Altos
• Wednesday, May 28 6:30-9:00pm– Current 8^th Graders
  • 6:30pm-7:45pm- Tenors and Basses
  • 7:45pm-9:00pm- Sopranos and Altos (Tenors and Basses invited to stay and practice in the High School Choir Room on the North side of the high school.)

You MUST show your entire body, head to toe, in the video you submit. We need to see your footwork and arm work in the video. If you do not follow these guidelines we will contact you about resubmitting your video.

Dance Audition videos need to be submitted NO LATER than Saturday, May 31^st at 11:59pm at a link that will be posted below:

Vocal Auditions (PAST DUE)

Vocal Auditions for next year’s show choir will be done online. Students will record themselves singing the selected cut of a song a cappella and send it to us to score. You may record as many times as you like, but only send your final copy.
